Homes like these are two in a Mills-ion — or 5 million, since that’s the price tag of the newly listedNoah Reid mansion. Plus, it’s located less than 20 minutes from downtown, meaning this house is a little closer to home.
With the Mills Residence now back on the market (after selling for the highest residential sales price in southeast Tennessee history, by the way), let’s see what this next big Chatt-eau has to offer.

Location, location, location
The Noah Reid house is situated in the East Brainerd area at 7468 Noah Reid Rd. It sits on ~17 acres of land, accommodating a field house, indoor turf facility, basketball half-court, and full-sized soccer field, complete with a pavilion shaded in a clutch of trees.
Buyers from as far as Texas, California, and Las Vegas have taken an interest. In fact, the Nashville builder has worked on grand farmhouse-style homes for Tennessee Titans + country music stars.

Bonus features
The home’s original + current owners wanted a place to accommodate their eight children, hence the outdoor playground + built-in bunks — not to mention the spiral slide running from the upper floors to the living area.
Parts of the home have also been open to the community. For example, when Grace Academy’s soccer facility was ruined, the family donated its soccer field for the team’s practices.
