Officials with the Chattanooga Red Wolves announced on Thursday an investment of $125 million in East Ridge. The money will go toward a “state-of-the-art” stadium + a mixed-use development (retail, restaurants, a new hotel + green spaces).
The complex will sit on 100 acres within the East Ridge city limits.
According to the Chattanooga Times Free Press, owners are under contract to buy property along Interstates 75 and 24 in between Spring Creek Road. View map. 📍
