If you work in the service industry and want to feel some local love, look no further. We rounded up a few Chattanooga spots that offer industry deals during the week.

Hello Monty, 306 W. Main St. | Sundays, 4-9 p.m. | Folks can enjoy Dynamo beer + ale deals, half-priced wine, $7 craft cocktails, and a $10 featured burger with fingerling fries.

Alleia, 25 E. Main St. | Mondays, 5-9 p.m. | Enjoy a 30% discount on your tab when you tell the servers where you work.

Unknown Caller, 715 Cherry St. | Every day | Partake in a few specials, including $2 Miller High Life ponies + $5 Fernet shots. Note: folks must have proof of current employment.

Chattanooga Brewing Co., 1804 Chestnut St. | Tuesdays, 3-10 p.m. | All industry friends get $4 pints open to close.

Cherry Street Tavern, 719 Cherry St. | Mondays, 5 p.m.-2 a.m. | This spot offers $1 beers, $5 shot specials, and $5 burgers for those in the service + music industry. Pro tip: keep an eye out for $1 pint nights on some Mondays.

The Boneyard, 26 Station St. | Mondays, 5 p.m.-12 a.m. | Enjoy a variety of industry specials at this spot. Bonus: Mondays are also Food Special night.

Southside Social, 1818 Chestnut St. | Sundays, 11-12 a.m. | Folks in the industry can bowl for free + enjoy drink specials.

Imbibe Chattanooga, 1616 Broad St. | Every day | Get a 10% discount on all wine, spirits + beer sales when you tell the cashiers where you work.

Development
  • Five Star Food Service recently relocated its headquarters to the former TVA fleet garage on E. 10th Street. The abandoned two-story structure was revamped into a 25,000-sqft building by Chattanooga developer Chris Curtis. (Chattanooga Times Free Press)

  • Residents + non-residents of Chattanooga have until Sunday, April 23 at 11 p.m. to order rain barrels at a discounted rate. Order online through the Chattanooga Public Works’ Stormwater Division.

  • Crabtree Farms’ Farm Store will reopen for the season on Saturday, April 29. The store will offer seasonal produce, local honey + goods, and U-pick opportunities on Fridays and Saturdays from 10 a.m.-3 p.m.
  • Soddy-Daisy-based nonprofit, KELCURT Farms (the agricultural division of the foundation), recently opened its Haile Hoop House. The house is the first in a series of greenhouse-style structures that will provide year-round vegetable growth to aid the area’s food bank. (Chattanoogan.com)
