If you’re like us, you’ve probably imagined waking up to panoramic mountain views outside your window.
For future residents of The Pass, Black Creek’s newest construction phase in their luxury mountaintop community, those magical mornings will soon be an everyday reality.
A home built just for you
Sitting on 3,000 acres of natural beauty, The Pass offers more than 225 customizable homesites in a range of sizes. Whether you’re envisioning a cozy townhome or a private estate, the upcoming community has homes + sites to match every lifestyle, with lots ranging from 0.15 to over 12 acres.
If you want to be involved in the design process, you can work with one of Black Creek’s seven preferred builder partners to build your custom home. But if you’re more hands-off, just choose from one of the stunning, move-in-ready masterpieces.
Best of all, only half of The Pass’ 3,000+ acres will be dedicated to homes and amenities. The remaining space, along with an additional 300 surrounding acres, will remain pristine wilderness forever — ensuring the idyllic experience never ends.
Natural conservation is foundational to Black Creek’s community vision.
