The Kelly Administration has launched a new violence prevention pilot program in partnership with the Chattanooga Police Department, 423 Chain Breakers, and the Downtown Chattanooga Alliance. The program aims to “positively engage young people and encourage a safe environment in downtown Chattanooga.”

Local boutique Catalogue Collection will have its grand opening celebration on Saturday, June 1. Beginning at 10 a.m., folks can head to 5926 Howe Ln. in nearby Ooltewah to shop a handpicked selection of “stylish, affordable, and trendy attire.”

The Hamilton County Health Department recently became the first health department in the state to launch a “HealthMatters” program. The program is a 12-week healthy lifestyle course “for individuals with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities.”
