Ready to enjoy live music by the Tennessee River and under the stars once again? Riverfront Nights, a free outdoor concert series at Ross’s Landing, will kick off on Saturday, May 31 + will run through Saturday, Aug. 30 — an expanded run compared to years past.
The outdoor concert series recently released this year’s lineup, so get ready to make your plans for those upcoming summer Saturday nights, rain or shine.
Pro tip: Arrive at Ross’s Landing early for good parking + to ensure your spot near the stage.

The near-final draft design of the Evolving Our Riverfront Parks plan will be revealed at a Community Open House on Thursday, March 27. You can head to the Tennessee Aquarium River Journey building to see the designs and leave feedback from 4 to 7 p.m.

For the first time in Scenic City history, the Chattanooga FC go head-to-head with the Chattanooga Red Wolves on Wednesday, April 2. This game will kickoff at 7 p.m. at Finley Stadium + determine which team will continue through the Lamar Hunt US Open Cup — get tickets.

The Arbor Day Foundation has named the City of Chattanooga a 2024 TreeCity USA. This recognition is awarded based on cities that have a tree board/department, a community tree ordinance, spend at least $2 per capita on urban forestry + participate in an Arbor Day celebration.

McKay’s has announced it will temporarily close its doors for renovations starting Monday, March 31 through Thursday, April 3. The used bookstore will reopen at 9 a.m. on Friday, April 4. Looking for a book in the meantime? Try something written by a local author.
