Development
Construction has started on a 278-unit mixed-income apartment complex in Northshore, the first to use Chattanooga’s revamped tax incentive. In exchange for tax breaks, the development will include 42 affordable units for at least 15 years. The project is expected to wrap up in late 2027. (Chattanooga Times Free Press)
Chattanoogan
Local songwriter Nick Lutsko composed the music for this hilarious MANSCAPED Super Bowl ad, featuring singing clumps of hair (no, we’re not kidding) that are sad they’ve been shaved. Watch it now and look for it again before the coin toss this Sunday, Feb. 8.
