Calling all artists: ArtSpark is back + seeking your submissions.

A project of River City Company, ArtSpark aims to beautify downtown Chattanooga by turning plain ol’ utility boxes into works of art. The first round of ArtSpark earlier this year transformed 15 previously-bland boxes into an abstract group of cats, a colorful aquarium, an inspiring + colorful handshake, an homage to bats + more. Check out the winning designs + learn about the artists behind them here.
