If you’re interested in planning for 2024, I’d recommend taking the vision board-making class with The Chattery on Saturday. Looking for other plans? Check out these events happening Friday, Jan. 5-Sunday, Jan. 7.

Happy weekend eve, Nooga. Editor Kristen here. I’m heading out of town this weekend for a little cabin getaway with some friends, but if I was here I would definitely be checking out the Sip TN Wine Festival. Trying out wines that were made in our state while benefiting the Chattanooga Market sounds like a win-win to me.

Get ready for some exciting events happening from Friday, March 31-Sunday, April 2 in the Scenic City.

  • An electric wine opener is one of those inexpensive kitchen gadgets that you don’t know how you lived without once you get one. We especially love this one for its sleek design and ergonomic grip. To upgrade your wine even further, this set includes an automatic wine aerator and reusable vacuum stopper.

Red light therapy is non-invasive and painless, and evidence suggests it may be able to ease body aches, heal sun damage, and build collagen.
