I recently tried out Old Man Rivers Table & Tavern located at the foot of Signal Mountain. The restaurant recently opened its doors in May + just began serving brunch on Sundays from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. I tried the “Uncle Bubba” plate — and I’m still thinking about the potato hash and yellow cheddar grits.
