While this week marks the end of Oktoberfest in its traditional celebrations, the Scenic City is keeping the brats + beers going at these local festivals. So grab your stein + lederhosen and get ready to say “Prost!”
Head out to Signal Mountain on Saturday, Oct. 7 from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. to shop arts and the farmers market while enjoying authentic German tunes + food.
Happening every Saturday and Sunday through October 29, this event will celebrate Rock City’s German heritage, honoring founder Frieda Utermoehlen Carter with live music from regional German bands, specialty beer, and authentic bites. Tickets start at $19.95.
On Saturday, Oct. 14 and Sunday, Oct. 15, don your best German-inspired outfit (you might be crownedMr. & Ms. Chattanooga Oktoberfest). Sip on local + seasonal brews and eat authentic foods during this free-entry family event.
