  • Ernest Chinese has opened its doors at 55 Johnson St. (the former home of Flying Squirrel restaurant + bar). The eatery serves up American Chinese cuisine + specialty cocktails seven days a week beginning at 5 p.m.

  • We may not get a white Christmas in Chattanooga, but it will sure be a bright one. Looking for some spots to see holiday lights? We’ve rounded up 10 places for you and your loved ones to see sparkling lights in the Scenic City.
Transit
  • It might be December, but we’ve got summertime on the brain. American Airlines will increase its nonstop flights from the Chattanooga Airport to the Dallas-Fort Worth Airport. You can expect four daily arrivals + departures starting in the summer of 2024.
Community
  • Booker T. Washington Park now offers all-terrain wheelchairs to help visitors with mobility challenges have more access to its trails, free of charge. The wheelchairs are available by request for children and adults + can be operated independently or with a caretaker.
