With the NCAA Men’s and Women’s Basketball Tournaments just around the corner, we’re joining the fun of bracket competitions with a face-off of our own with our NOOGAtoday pizza bracket.
But first, we need your help nominating the spots you think should be in the bracket.

Grammy-winning artist Ashley McBryde kicks things off on Saturday, March 2, with special guest Will Jones as part of “The Devil I Know” tour. The Nashville native is known for her from-the-heart performances + rock-infused sound.
The good times continue on Friday, April 5, with the Brothers Osborne’s distinct brand of “outlaw rock” and their special guests, The Cadillac Three.
The National Coalition of 100 Black Women’s Chattanooga chapter will host its 2024 Virtual Forum on Thursday, Feb. 29 from 7 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. Attendees will hear from local candidates running for open Criminal/Circuit Judge + School Board District positions.

Hamilton County’s first senior and community facility, the Harrison Center has officially opened to the public. The space is located at 5637 Hwy. 58, the former site of the Harrison Elementary School + has plans to revamp on-site youth recreation. (NewsChannel 9)

Volunteers are needed to help the Chattanooga Parks and Outdoors Department’s Park Stewards during the 10th annual Weed Wrangle at Greenway Farm Park on Saturday, March 2. Those interested will help out from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. to remove invasive species.

In a recent report from the Tennessee Department of Education, nineteen Hamilton County Schools ranked in the top for public education for the 2022-2023 school year. This is an increase from the previous year, with only thirteen recognized schools. (Chattanooga Times Free Press)

The Chattanooga Red Wolves recently announced the team will participate in the 2024 Lamar Hunt US Open Cup, a knockout cup competition in men’s soccer. Fun fact: The Open Cup is also the nation’s oldest ongoing competition.

Looking for something fun to do with the kiddos over Spring Break? The Chattanooga Tourism Co. will bring back its Spring Break Safari from Friday, March 8 through Sunday, April 7 in collaboration with several attractions around Chattanooga.
During the Spring Break Safari, families can discover more about the city through a series of scavenger hunts that will take place at various districts, parks, and attractions. Note: The scavenger hunts take place outside the attractions, so admission is not necessary.
