Imagine a Hawk Hill like you’ve never seen before. | Rendering by Urban Design Associates via River City Co.
Have you heard residents speculate what could be happening to Hawk Hill, the current site of AT&T Field that will soon be demolished? We now have a vision to share with you all.
The 7.5-acre site that has been home to the Chattanooga Lookouts since 2000 will be repurchased by River City Co. once the team moves to the South Broad Stadium + demolition is complete. While there isn’t a timeline set in stone for redevelopment, a concept has been drafted based on:
Note: The redevelopment will be 13 acres, encompassing adjacent parking lots + the lot behind the Creative Discovery Museum.
Imagine a new downtown area where hillside living is possible + a space for residents and visitors alike to spend their days.
