Pacaso plans to expand to Italy. | Photo provided by Pacaso
How do you follow a record-setting year? By getting stronger.
Take Pacaso. Their real estate co-ownership tech set records in Paris and London in 2024. No surprise. Coldwell Banker says 40% of wealthy Americans plan to buy abroad within a year, so Pacaso’s planned Italy expansion is big.
They’ve already made $110 million+ in gross profits to date, including 41% YoY growth last year. (They even reserved the Nasdaq ticker PCSO.) And you can invest for $2.90/share. †‡

Think you’re exhausted? Try rowing to Hawaii. Jere Hartman, a 49-year-old Chattanooga veteran, just finished the 2,000-mile rowboat journey from California to the island of Kauai. Hartman was joined by four other military veterans and it took them 35 days, 6 hours, and 59 minutes. But who’s counting? (Chattanooga Times Free Press)
History
Approx. 61 years ago, the Chattanooga Airport offered a deal that landed in history. In 1961, Lovell Field offered $5 flights on select jets to celebrate the opening of its redesigned terminal. While this promo has long departed, there are still plenty of reasons to get excited at CHA. (Chattanooga Times Free Press)
The Walnut Street Bridge is getting a new pop of color. | Photo via @chaparksdept
The Walnut Street Bridge is still in the middle of its 18-month renovation project, and we can really see a difference.
Recently, the Chattanooga Department of Parks and Outdoors shared a look at the new white railings and blue support beams. This is part of an effort to preserve the bridge’s beauty while enhancing its safety features.
While some of these colors may look similar to the Walnut Street Bridge you remember, the fresh coat of paint is making the structure look more vibrant — especially compared to its condition a few weeks ago. We expect we’ll see many more improvements before the bridge reopens, which is expected in September 2026.

Am I the only person who gets excited when I hear a shout out to my city in media? Growing up, I remember hearing a reference to Chattanooga, aka Chatt Town, in the T.I. song “Bring Em Out.” The track came out in 2004, but it’s a high-energy song that remains a staple on my gym playlist.
