If you loved last month’s Highland Park Porchfest, there’s a good chance you’ll love this too. | Photo provided by Highland Park Porchfest
Picture this: You’re watching live music, swaying with the crowd, eyes glued to the stage. Only in this scenario, the crowd is on somebody’s lawn — and the stage is their front porch.
The very first Red Bank Porchfest is happening this Saturday, Nov. 15, and the schedule is out. You’ll hear music from LVNDR, Randy Steele, and E.T., to name a few. Every artist and sponsor is from Red Bank, and the entire festival is free to attend.

Mansion Monday
Holy brick, look at that view. This 4,144-sqft North Chattanooga home has us torn — we don’t know if we’d rather stay inside, soaking in the luxurious bathtub, or head outside to take in the Lookout Mountain views. Who are we kidding? If you need us, we’ll be outside.

On This Day
On November 10, 1969, the first-ever episode of “Sesame Street” aired. Over the years, many of us have learned and laughed with Elmo, Cookie Monster, Bert + Ernie, and all the other familiar faces. Continue their legacy with a random act of kindness in Chattanooga.

One of the Tennessee Aquarium’s youngest residents has a name. Drum roll, please.
This… is Tater, the Gentoo penguin chick. His name was chosen by the winning bidder of the aquarium’s fundraising auction. Tater hatched on May 29, so we’re sure he’s happy to finally have a name. Congratulations to mom and dad (Carla and Bigfoot) — he sure is a cutie.
