If you love to knit, crochet, or quilt, you might want to check out the Scenic Stitches Fiber Festival this weekend. The two-day event takes over the Chattanooga Convention Center on Saturday, Feb. 28 from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Sunday, March 1 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Browse dozens of vendors, try your hand at interactive stations, watch live demos, or sign up for a class (including Friday classes at the Turnbull Building) to sharpen your skills.

We’re learning more about BONA FIDE, a new restaurant and bar coming to Chattanooga’s Southside. It’ll take over 55 Johnson St., the former home of Ernest Chinese and Flying Squirrel. Expect seasonally inspired dishes, including handmade pastas and desserts.
