Want to celebrate the day of thanks, but not planning on cooking a full dinner this year? Don’t quit Thanksgiving cold turkey — we’ve got you covered with where to dine-in + carry-out for Thanksgiving dinner.

We are totally falling for these local options for turkey + trimmings, potatoes, pies, and holiday seitan. What could be butter? (Sorry, are our puns too corny? 🌽)

Where to carry-out:

Acropolis Grill, 2213 Hamilton Place Blvd. | Order by Fri., Nov. 19 | Order a full dinner with sides, serving anywhere from 10-20 people. Plus, don’t miss the dessert: strawberry cake, baklava + of course, an assortment of pies.

Bluff View Art District, 411 E. 2nd St. | Order by Fri., Nov. 19 | Let the chefs put together the perfect meal — traditional turkey + sides, Stöllen bread from Bluff View Bakery, desserts from Rembrandt’s. All you have to do is pick it up.

Buddy’s Bar-B-Q, 619 Camp Jordan Pkwy. + in Northgate Mall | Order at least 3 days before pick-up | Pick up hickory-smoked whole turkey, hickory-smoked turkey breast, hickory-glazed ham, and side items.

Café on the Corner, 826 Scenic Hwy., Lookout Mountain | Order by Thurs., Nov. 18 | For catering, look no further than sides serving 12-14 (think: collard greens, cornbread dressing, gravy by the quart) + desserts serving 14-16 (think: Bailey’s brownies, pecan squares).

Cashew, 149 River St. | Order through Sat., Nov. 20 | Snag an all-vegan roast, shepherd’s + pot pies, sides for 12-15, and more incredible deserts than you could eat (though we will try). Plus, serving ~12 for $50 is nothing to sneeze at.

Puckett’s Grocery & Restaurant, 2 W. Aquarium Way | Order by Sat., Nov. 20 | Take your pick from ham, brisket, pulled pork, baby back ribs, roasted, smoked + fried turkey, and a boatload of sides and desserts.

Main Street Meats, 217 E. Main St. | Order by Thurs., Nov. 18 | Take your pick of ready-to-bake or ready-to-serve turkeys + broccoli with roasted garlic and aleppo pepper, country sausage gravy, bacon chocolate chip cookies, and more (feeds 2-3).

Olive Branch Mediterranean Foods, 3992 Ringgold Rd. #103 | Order by Fri., Nov. 19 | Grab a traditional Thanksgiving meal for 8 + add on tyropita, spanakopita, and hummus by the pound. A 25% deposit is required on order.

Ruth’s Chris, Embassy Suites Hotel, 2321 Lifestyle Way | Order by Fri., Nov. 19 | Grab a dinner package for 4, including turkey + gravy, salad, stuffing, cranberry relish, 2 family-style sides and pumpkin cheesecake.

Sticky Fingers, 420 Broad St. | Order by Fri., Nov. 19 | Fill out the order form a la carte (feeds 10-14), or take the whole meal (feeds 8-10). Grab it to go for a truly restful Thanksgiving.

Whitebird, The Edwin, 102 Walnut St. | Order by Fri., Nov. 19 | Choose from 1 of 4 entrees: roasted turkey, roasted chicken, pork belly + prime rib. Pick your deserts and sides then pick up Wed., Nov. 24.

Your Local Seitanist, 3950 Brainerd Rd. | Pickup Tues., Nov. 23 | Order fully veganized holiday fare, including charcuterie, seitan roast + the “thanksliving meal box.”
