With December almost here, we know a lot of you are beginning to buckle down and get cranking on that holiday shopping.

If only there were a way to do some of that shopping without the stress and headache of a crowded mall.

Here’s an idea: visit Warehouse Row during their annual Holiday Open House. In fact, organizers want to invite Chattanoogans to do their shopping while having a glass of champagne or hot cocoa, sampling food from Public House and listening to live music. 🍷🎵

Holiday Open House: 🎁

📍 Warehouse Row, 1110 Market St.
📅 Thurs., Dec. 6
⏰ 6–8 p.m.

During the open house, the shops will stay open later and most will offer some special deals.

Kids can also meet Santa 🎅🏽, grab hot cocoa from a hot chocolate stand and participate in The Clay Pot’s Project Snowman. ⛄

Project Snowman is an activity during which families can make one of 100 craft snowmen that will be gifted to children staying in Erlanger Children’s Hospital.

Joe Jumper, the owner of The Clay Pot, started Project Snowman a few years ago after his mother passed away as a way to warm Chattanoogan hearts.

“I created Project Snowman seven years ago at The Clay Pot as a tribute to my mother, Ann Jumper,” he said. “The whole ‘heart’ behind this special event is bringing kids together with their families to help other kids during the holidays.”

The event is free to participate in and no sign-up is necessary. Snowmen will be made on a first come, first serve basis. The Clay Pot will have enough to make 100 snowmen.

Since its creation, Project Snowman has donated over 600 snowmen to children in local hospitals.
