Finding Chattanooga’s most pet-friendly places

Dogs running

You know that feeling of guilt as you leave your furry friend at the house to go frolic at Coolidge Park, where dogs aren’t allowed? That look of disappointment and betrayal in their eyes can be heartbreaking. How dare you go out in the world, while your friend is sequestered at home. What are you? An animal? Kidding. Sort of. 🤪

We also saw this recent article. When Petco said that all animals on leashes were welcome, a Texas couple brought their pet Oliver — a 1,600-pound steer.

All of this got us thinking about the best local businesses and spots where pets are welcome.

We know some local businesses, such as All Things Groovy on Frazier Avenue, have signs that say dogs are welcome + as we showed you on Instagram, Rock City welcomes them too.

Email us at hello@noogatoday.com and tell us what area businesses you’ve taken your pet to + feel free to share your experiences, especially if it’s something like how you take your lizard with you to Clumpies.
