Black Friday brings out the best deals from all the major retailers, but Small Business Saturday is when the lovers-of-all-things-local come out to shop. From grabbing a coffee at (Be) Caffeinated to kickstart your shopping adventure to picking up holiday gifts at The Chattery, you can make your entire Saturday a local experience.

Fun facts from Small Business Saturday last year:

No matter if this is your first time in Nooga or you’re a seasoned local, you can shop small this Saturday + give back to the Chattanoogans who give us a million reasons to brag about our city. To help you sort out your Saturday shopping plans, we’ve compiled a list of local businesses participating in Small Business Saturday.

The Chattery

📍 1800 Rossville Ave.

⏰ 10 a.m.-2 p.m.

🛍️ The Small Business Saturday Market features various local vendors — with everything from art + crowns, to spices + vegan snack jars — supporting unique, handmade gifts. And yes, it’s still a gift if you keep it for yourself.

Northshore Merchants Collective

📍Various shops

⏰ Various times

🛍️ This might be cheating, but the 46 businesses of Northshore Merchants of Collective have tons of deals between them, which you can find on their Facebook page. In fact, make a day of it with their 7th Annual Holiday Window Treasure Hunt, which will take you to over half of the stores, including Blue Skies, Locals Only, I Go Tokyo, Nooga Paws, Clumpies + (Be) Caffeinated.
