Three homes for sale near Coolidge Park

A recent survey named the North Shore park Tennessee’s top public space to live near — so we found the closest listings.

Coolidge Park was recently named the top public space Tennesseans want to live near, according to a survey from Calgary Homes. So naturally, we did some digging to find which homes currently on the market are closest to the North Shore favorite. Here are the three closest:

405 Forest Ave.

Price: $2.6 million
