Festive Forest returning to downtown Chattanooga

Miller Park in downtown Chattanooga is about to get festive. Starting Wednesday, Nov. 26, the park will be filled with lights and dozens of decorated trees for the third annual Festive Forest.

The five-week event will feature more than a hundred 6-ft Frazier fir trees, uniquely decorated and sponsored by local businesses and organizations. Pro tip: This is a free, family-friendly way to enjoy holiday lights and decorations.

Festive Forest is growing, expanding from 80 to more than 100 trees this year.

The Better Business Bureau, EPB, Chattanooga Parks & Outdoors, and BlueCross BlueShield of Tennessee are teaming up to put on this event. Fun fact: Festive Forest was actually inspired by the popular Tinsel Trail in Huntsville, AL.

Festive Forest will be on display through Thursday, Jan. 1.
