Editor Kristen here. If you’re like me, watching a movie outdoors just feels like one of those quintessential summer activities. Lucky for us, there are plenty of opportunities to catch a screening in Chattanooga during the summer months.

Grab your blankets, lawn chairs, and of course, your go-to snacks to check out these spots.

Movie Night at Shady’s Corner | Follow Shady’s Instagram to vote on which movie you’d like to see on Wednesday nights at 9 p.m. Bonus: You also get free popcorn.

Dive in Movies | The city’s parks team will show a movie every Saturday in July at Warner Park Pool for $3. Details TBA.

Music & Movies in Miller | Come out for live music, vendors, games + a movie once the sun sets in Miller Park. See a screening of the 1995 original “Jumanji” at the next event on Saturday, July 29.

Bonus: Want a drive-in experience? Check out Wilderness Outdoor Movie Theater in nearby Trenton, GA.
