In the spirit of supporting all things local, we’ve rounded up 12 farmers markets in the Chattanooga area where you’ll find fresh food, live music, and local vendors.

Chattanooga Market | Sundays, end of April through mid-Novemeber | 11 a.m.-4 p.m.
Features: Farm produce, artisan foods, fresh flowers, arts and crafts vendors, live music, and food trucks.
Parking: Park in lots surrounding the First Horizon Pavilion and Finley Stadium for $1 per hour — limited street parking available.
Space: Outdoors + covered pavilion
Special events: Check out the full Chattanooga Market schedule for events like the Strawberry Festival, Market Baketacular, and more.

Note: pets are not allowed inside the pavilion space during market hours.

Main Street Farmers Market | Wednesdays, year-round | 4-6 p.m.

Chattanooga River Market | Saturdays, March-October | 10 a.m.-5 p.m.
Features: Handmade jewelry, crafts, artisan food, food trucks, and live music.
Parking: Parking is available at varying rates in lots and along the street.

Chattanooga Market at Erlanger | Wednesdays, year-round | 10:30 a.m.-1:30 p.m.
Features: A smaller version of the Chattanooga Market indoors with vendors.
Parking: Parking at Erlanger Medical Mall is $2 per day.

Ooltewah Farmers Market | Thursdays, year-round | 3-6 p.m.
Features: Goods from local farms and food artisans.
Parking: Park in front of the nursery and walk through the building, the market is in the back. Handicap parking is available next to the market for those who have a placard or tag.

Note: In the winter (Nov. 10-March) the hours shift to 3-5 p.m.

Brainerd Market | Saturdays, April-December | 10 a.m.- 12 p.m.
Features: Fresh local produce, meat, eggs, bread, local honey, jams and jellies, plants, arts and crafts, and more.
Parking: Two parking areas (one accessed from Brainerd Road and the other from Belvoir Avenue) with additional street parking in the surrounding community.

Lookout Farmers Market | Tuesdays (Memorial Downtown in Surgical Building B) + Thursdays (Memorial Hixson), year-round | 11 a.m.-1 p.m.
