Ahh, spring in Chattanooga— long walks on the Riverwalk, Southside patio brunches, window shopping on the Northshore with a Clumpie’s cone in hand, and farmers markets. 🌻

A few of you have asked about local markets, so we made a list of the tried and true + some that are new.

Brainerd Farmers Market, 20 Belvoir Ave. | Saturdays, 10 a.m.-12 p.m. | April-December | A food and craft market that accepts EBT + many vendors have Square for card purchases — bring cash just in case.

Chattanooga Market, 1829 Reggie White Blvd. | Sundays, 11 a.m.-4 p.m. | May-December | The largest producer-only arts, crafts, and farmers market in the region, the Chattanooga Market opens every Sunday with vendors, food trucks, drinks, and live performances + themed market days and festivals.

Chattanooga River Market, 1 Broad St. | Saturdays, 10 a.m.-5 p.m. | May-October | This market is in the Tennessee Aquarium Plaza and has live music, arts + crafts, and local food.

Collegedale Market, Collegedale Commons Swinyar Dr. | Sundays, 10 a.m.-2 p.m. | May-December | Collegedale’s local market features fresh produce, artisan vendors, and arts + crafts.

Exile x Chi Farms Marketplace, 1634 Rossville Ave. | Saturdays, 3-6 p.m. | Until it gets cold | Shop Chi Farms and other local vendors + grab a bite to eat from Final Girl Vegan Food and a beer from Exile.

Lookout Farmers Market, 8645 E. Brainerd Rd. | Tuesdays, 3-6 p.m. | Stay updated on open dates via Facebook | You will find fresh vegetables and fruits, local growers and artisans, homemade baked goods + more at this market.

Main St. Market, 1804 Chestnut St. | Wednesdays, 4 p.m. | Year-round | This is the only food-focused market in Chattanooga.

Ooltewah Farmers Market, 5829 Main St., Ooltewah | Thursdays, 3 p.m. | Year-round | A producers-only farmers market featuring only locally grown food.
