Chattanooga leaders are heading to Austin, TX, this week for one of the world’s largest innovation festivals: South by Southwest.

The week-long event brings together leaders in tech, film, music, and media for conferences, showcases, and screenings featuring professionals from around the globe.

Chattanooga will have a presence thanks to Launch Tennessee, which is hosting an activation called Tennessee House. The space will highlight startups, technology, and innovation happening across the state — including right here in the Scenic City.

Chattanooga Day is happening Saturday, March 14, and will feature:

  • Mayor Tim Kelly discussing why startups are choosing Chattanooga
  • Leaders from UTC and The Company Lab sharing how the city’s smart traffic technology helps reduce congestion
  • City representatives talking about how Chattanooga is emerging as a leader in quantum technology

Inspired to make the trip and see it for yourself? You can register here. You don’t need a SXSW badge to attend, but badgeholders will get priority entry.
