If you think there’s nothing better than a mug of coffee and a book, then let us fill your cup with Hixson’s newest shop: Rêve Coffee and Books.

This family-owned store, located at 1948 Northpoint Blvd., isn’t just supplying folks with their morning Joe — expect local touches throughout the space.

The menu features beans sourced practically around the corner from Brillo Beans Roasting Co., a small-batch roastery that got started back in 2023. Rêve also carries Nashville-based High Garden Tea — learn about the ecoherbalism behind each drink.

Getting to the and books portion of the shop, you can also expect to see local authors on the shelves. Find out what books from P.E. Craven, Billie Bang + George Valadie you can read.

Bonus: Pick your genre for the July Book Clubs.
