Why make the switch to paperless billing

Be honest: Do you ever let your mail pile up on your counter? Drive around for two days with your gas light on? Let your voicemail inbox get full + get judgey texts from your mom about it? (Okay, maybe that one’s just me.)

Bottom line: We all do things that add stress to our lives. So let’s talk about doing the opposite of that. One super simple way to reduce stress in your life (and reduce stress on the environment) is to switch to paperless billing.

An easy way to start is with one bill something we all pay each month, like electric. EPB has perks for folks who make the switch to paperless: like a one-time $10 bill credit when you sign up to go paper-free. Convert you fiber account to paperless as well + get an additional $10 credit.

Instead of a stack of paper taking up space in your home office (or on your dining room table…), you’ll have online access to your account, your current bill + 13 months of billing statements. EPB will notify you via email when it’s time to pay your monthly bill, or you can make it even easier on yourself by signing up for auto-payments. Never think about a bill again? Sounds good to us.
