Get an inside look at Chattonooga’s rich culture with Visit Chattanooga’s monthly CHA Spotlight video series, highlighting our city’s culture, heritage, and arts scene. Noogans and visitors alike can get to know NOOGA’s places to see + people to know, like local creatives, business owners, cultural hubs, musicians, and more.

This month’s feature is Six18, a local restaurant and lounge specializing in Southern soul food and live music to the likes of local saxophonist Frank B.

Other CHA Spotlights include:

  • Genesis the Greykid: This world-renowned artist and Chattanooga local describes his hometown a “a great place to really incubate ideas… because the community is gonna rock with you.”
  • Chattanooga African American Museum: This museum pays homage to Chattanooga’s African American history and famous names (think: Bessie Smith, Reggie White, and more).
  • Soundcorps Sidewalk Stages Street Performers: Filling the streets of Chattanooga with live music, this initiative enlists local talent to put on hundreds of street performances per year.
