We got a tip that’s as hot as your Tuesday morning coffee — restaurateurs Mike + Taylor Monen are expanding the North Shore Milk & Honey location . Plus, they are opening a new Milk & Honey inside Market South.
ICYMI, the Monens also own Community Pie, Urban Stack, Taco Mamacita, Hi-Fi Clyde’s (plus, restaurants in Nashville).
Milk & Honey is known for its gelato, coffee, teas, and light food, but soon there will be more.
☕North Shore construction begins next week for the remodel.
☕ The restaurant will continue to offer counter + quick service but will also offer a full-service dining experience where you can skip the line and order at the table.
☕ The remodel will also include a new patio paired with a new bar program that specializes in champagne and bloody Mary’s.
If that’s not enough to warm your heart and get your excitement brewing — sip on this tea. 👇

What about Peet’s?
We’ve noticed a Peet’s drive-thru sign across the street from the brick-and-mortar location at 819 Chestnut St. We reached out about it, and haven’t heard back but the Chattanooga Times Free Press
reported late last year, the drive-thru would be open in early 2021.
