In honor of Juneteenth, The Book & Cover is partnering with The Unity Group of Chattanooga to host a book drive for young community readers.

From now until Monday, June 19, books can be purchased from a curated collection of titles about African American history + experiences from The Book & Cover at 1310 Hanover St.

Note: You can choose the titles you wish to purchase with the folks at the shop, who will place an online order collectively to make it an easy process for everyone.

The books collected will be distributed to school-aged children in Chattanooga following the Juneteenth National Freedom Day Parade on Monday, June 19.

Here are some examples of the featured book titles, but check out the full list online.
