Burgers got a week. Pizza got a week. Now — it’s taco’s turn.

Chattanooga Taco Week starts Monday, July 28 and lasts through Sunday, Aug. 3. More than 20 Chattanooga restaurants are offering $4 tacos — here are a few that are making my mouth water.

White Duck Taco

White Duck Taco is fairly new to Chattanooga, but it’s already known for its tasty tacos. For Chattanooga Taco Week, it’s serving up Bangkok shrimp tacos with fried shrimp, curry cucumbers, and sambal aioli. If you’re like me and you’ve never heard of sambal aioli, don’t feel bad. Just click here.

Taco Mamacita

Taco Mamacita Hamilton Place chose chicken tinga tacos dorados and recommends pairing it with the restaurant’s passion fruit sangria. If you’re partial to the Northshore location, don’t worry — it’s participating in Chattanooga Taco Week as well.

Oddstory Brewing Co.

At Oddstory Brewing Co., you can expect to find “Dueling Doritos Locos” with two creative twists on the classic taco. You’ll have to try both to decide who wins.

Pro tip: Each participating restaurant will have a QR code you can scan which will not only help you keep up with where you’ve been, but will also enter you in for a chance to win gift cards.
