Chattanooga Mocs release 2026 football schedule

A look at UTC’s home games and why fans should cheer this season.

We’re hoping to see lots of celebrations like this throughout the 2026 season.

Looking to return to the FCS postseason, the Chattanooga Mocs have released their 2026 football schedule. The team will play five home games at Finley Stadium, including four Southern Conference matchups and a home finale against defending SoCon champion Mercer. Home games include:

  • Saturday, Sept. 5: Tennessee Tech (home opener)
  • Saturday, Sept. 19: Wofford (SoCon)
  • Saturday, Oct. 10: Samford (SoCon)
  • Saturday, Oct. 31: Virginia Military Institute (SoCon)
  • Saturday, Nov. 7: Mercer (SoCon)

The season kicks off on the road at West Georgia on Saturday, Aug. 29 and wraps up with a road game against powerhouse Alabama on Saturday, Nov. 21.

Season tickets are on sale now, and fans who buy or renew by Tuesday, Feb. 24 can lock in the 2026 price for 2027.
