We could start this conversation by telling you that summer is coming soon or with a pep talk about being your best self. It’d be fun to complain about how it seems like we just worked out and now we have to do it again? Like, every day? 🤦‍♀️

But instead, let’s think about saving money. Everyone loves that, right? 🤑

We’ve already given you a breakdown of the area’s gyms, but that’s not for everyone + it costs moolah. So, check out what cool, area workouts there are — for free (or almost free). ⬇️

City Sweat

9-10 a.m.
🏃River City Co. + lululemon make this beginner-friendly workout series possible. The next one is scheduled for April 11.

Running for Brews

📅 Every Wednesday
📍Meet at BrewHaus, 224 Frazier Ave.
7-10 p.m.
🏃 A weekly social running club that meets weekly. Runners + walkers are welcome to this 5K (or less) group run, which is followed up with a beer at BrewHaus. Follow on Facebook + join the group.

Chattanooga Trail Runners

Tennessee Trails Association Soddy-Daisy Chapter

Tennessee Trails Association publishes a monthly hiking events calendar listing spots where participants can meetup + hike together. Membership fees start at $15. Join. 🥾

Chattanooga Triathlon Club

This is a community of novice + seasoned individuals looking to be active, participate in social activities + more. There are monthly meetings + annual due of $25. Join. 🏃

FIT4MOM Chattanooga

The first class is free. 🙌
