We’re reaching out this morning to officially launch a seemingly small, but hugely impactful change to our daily newsletter: Conversations.
What’s changing? You see, traditionally, we’d be kicking off this section of our newsletter with a piece of original content, that would fill you in on things like where to take your kids on the weekend or a guide to help you better understand our local government structure.
We still plan on creating fun and informative pieces of local content, but today, we shift our focus to creating a real dialogue with our community (yea, that’s you). By creating conversations rather than content, we get to talk with you– not at you– each morning.
What does that mean? Our goal will be to kick off our newsletter with a conversation around a locally relevant topic. This is a two-way street– so we’ll be giving you an opportunity to vote, reply, comment and even test your knowledge on the conversation of the day.
