We have a new mural to add to your list of must-sees. As part of Keep Soddy-Daisy Beautiful’s efforts to improve the community , local artist Mary Tomas + volunteer painters created the city’s first public work of art on the side of Wimpies Country Restaurant (located at 9826 Dayton Pike).

The mural was a community-wide effort with funding made available by the Tennessee Arts Commission, ArtsBuild, and local donors + supplies provided by local business Floyd Hardware.

A grand unveiling of the project is planned for the future (keep an eye out for updates by Keep Soddy-Daisy Beautiful), but anyone can view + enjoy the now-completed mural.
