Exciting news, Nooga. Movies in a Park will return for its 2023 season beginning this Friday, April 21.

This free + open-to-the-public series is hosted by the Chattanooga Parks and Outdoor Department. Folks just need to bring chairs or a blanket to watch the family-friendly movie showings.

Each screening will be located at a different park in the community, and attendees will gather at 6 p.m. + the movie will begin at dusk each time.

Come out to the kick-off event Friday at Carver Park (600 Orchard Knob Ave.) + weigh in on the department’s Instagram to see if they should show “Lyle, Lyle, Crocodile,” “Cruella,” or “Sonic 2.”
