Tues., June 1

Spoken Word and Poetic Readings | Tues., June 1 | 7-9 p.m. | Wanderlinger Brewing Co. | Free entry | This spoken word + poetry reading is open to anyone and everyone who wants to participate.

Wed., June 2

Meditation Wing Chun | Wed., June 2 | 9:30-10:30 a.m. | The Chattery, virtual | $20 | Try Meditation Wing Chun, a meditative martial arts practice that incorporates elements of Tia Chi + Chi Kung.

Thurs., June 3

CFC Goat Yoga | Thurs., June 3 | 4 p.m., 5:30 p.m. + 7 p.m. | Waterhouse Pavilion | $25 | Registration includes a ticket to one of the one-hour goat yoga sessions on June 3 + the Chattanooga FC Match on June 5.
