It’s no secret that Niedlov’s Bakery & Café is one of Chattanooga’s most beloved breakfast + lunch spots, but did you know they recently started hosting a pizza night?

From 5-9 p.m. on Fridays, Niedlov’s offers a different dining experience. Editors Kristen + Haley recently tried out some of the menu, and spoiler alert: everything was absolutely delicious.

What we tried

We tried the Prosciutto Di Parma + Hot Pepperoni pizzas. From the fluffy housemade dough to the perfect balance of toppings, we were obsessed. Kristen particularly loved the drizzle of Harrison Farms’ honey on her pizza.

Skipping dessert can’t be an option. We tried the pizza donuts (that’s right, you don’t have to wait for MAINx24 to snag Niedlov’s donuts) + the lemon cream tart. Both were melt-in-your-mouth wonderful and topped with edible flowers from Crabtree Farms.

Hungry yet? Stop by for yourself. Pro tip: make a reservation via email.
