Before the new year, we toyed around with the idea of running a soft pretzel and beer cheese superlatives story. Our friends at Georgi’s Pizzeria responded, “Patiently waiting for recommendations! Soft pretzels 🥨 are the bomb when done right.”

Editor Kristen here, and soft pretzels and beer cheese are one of my all-time favorite snacks — aka if it’s on the menu, you can bet I’m going to order it. I’ll gladly try out as many local soft pretzels and beer cheeses as I can to determine which Chattanooga spot has the best.
