Asked: What’s your best thrift store find + why?

Thrift Store Finds

What are your best thrift store finds?

Chloé here, and I recently hit the jackpot at Cause Cloth, an MLK Boulevard thrift store + boutique that benefits Partnership for Families, Children and Adults, which provides an array of services such as victim support and elder services.

I bought six dresses for $50. I know, right?

I don’t know about you, but it’s rare enough to find six items at one place that are purchase-worthy, and getting them at a discount while supporting a local nonprofit definitely had me feeling like I’d won the day.

I have friends who will dig through every thrift store within a 60-mile radius to discover that great deal and perfect outfit, but I don’t have that much interest or the stamina for that.

But whatever your thrift store shopping M.O. is, we want to hear about your favorite places to go in the region and see/hear about your best finds. And, if you have tips about how to navigate thrift stores, send those our way too.

We’ll use your answers for a follow-up piece soon.

Be sure to send us photos of your best thrift store finds. You can attach them to an email or tag us with #NOOGAtoday on Instagram.
