Whether you’re like me and make Valentine’s Day a chance to celebrate all kinds of love (romantic, familial, love of self, city, earth — you get the idea) or you’re luke-warm about the over-commercialized holiday, 71% of you told us via Instagram poll that you could use some ideas for Feb. 14.

The Chattery has several upcoming events, from cake decorating to a BlackGirlChatt Galentine’s Day card-making social, and another local group is hosting a free social for those with autism or related disorders are welcome. Want to celebrate your love of learning? The Tennessee Aquarium IMAX3D Theater is showing “Turtle Odyssey 3D” on Feb. 14 at 7 p.m.

If you want something for the kids, check out this mini-photo shoot with Fit4Mom, and if you just really need to let loose and dress in neon-colored spandex with some leg warmers, the Flying Squirrel’s party is the way to go.
