Your guide to early voting in Hamilton County for the 2024 primaries

While our official election day for the county and federal primaries isn’t until Tuesday, March 5, early voting will begin Wednesday, Feb. 14. Here is how to get your ballots in and your votes counted.

A few months back, we released some important need-to-knows of our upcoming presidential and county primary election, slated for Tuesday, March 5. Now, let’s get into early voting.

Early voting will run from Wednesday, Feb. 14 through Tuesday, Feb. 27 (Mondays through Saturdays). Here are the area voting locations — check hours of operation.

  • Election Commission | 700 River Terminal Rd.
  • Chris L. Ramsey Sr. Community Center | 1010 N. Moore Rd.
  • Hixson Community Center | 5401 School Dr., Hixson
  • Hwy 58 Volunteer Fire Training Center | 9108 Snow Hill Rd., Ooltewah
  • Soddy-Daisy Community Center | 190 Depot St., Soddy-Daisy
  • Chestnut Hall at The Commons | 4750 Swinyar Dr., Collegedale

Bonus: You can download your preferred sample ballot to prepare or request a mail-in ballot by Tuesday, Feb. 27.
