Over the last three years, EPB has worked to beautify its substation walls along 10th Street with murals painted by local area artists. Now, EPB has opened its call for artists to complete the final installation.

This year’s theme is “The Magic of Unity” — illustrating the “possibilities of change when we work together.” The murals will be painted on the side parallel to Douglas Heights + will feature 9-11 sections.
