The chihuahuas are trading in Beverly Hills for the Chattanooga mountains once again this year as Hits96 brings back its 15th Annual Running of the Chihuahuas on Saturday, May 4.

Folks and their tiny-but-mighty pups are invited to join this free event under the First Horizon Pavilion beginning at 12 p.m. where there will be live music, food trucks, and kid-friendly activities. Think:

  • Live shows from local acts like Brandon Davis, The Afternooners, Cuatro Cinco, and Jessica Nicole Brown
  • A Kids Zone with local mascots, face painting, and more
  • A Flame and Flavor VIP section — stay tuned on how you could secure a spot.
  • The big showdown on a 90-ft turf track

Bonus: This event benefits the Humane Educational Society of Chattanooga — you can checkout the wishlist online.

Think your chihuahua has that dog in them? Sign them up online for the race.
