Highland Park Porchfest, a music festival where “porches become stages, yards become seats, and radical generosity and good will rule the day,” will return on Saturday, Oct. 12.

In case you missed it, the Highland Park Porchfest is a grassroots, community-led event that had its inaugural festival in 2022, bringing free local music to the neighborhood.

This year will feature 20+ bands that will perform across 16 porches in the Highland Park neighborhood. The first performance will begin at 11:15 a.m. and the final act of the night will close at 10:55 p.m.

While you can see the full schedule online, we’re highlighting some newbies of the festival.
