The Magnum Mile — noted as “Chattanooga’s fastest track event” — will return to the track at McCallie School on Saturday, Aug. 24.

The race is part of the annual Cam Run, a day-long running event that honors the legacy of Cameron Bean, which is hosted by Fast Break Athletics + the Chattanooga Track Club.

The event features three main races:

  • The Magnum Mile Invite | Middle school + high school athletes
  • The Magnum Mile | Top 25 men + women from the morning’s Cam Run 5K
  • The Magnum Mile Elite | Competitive athletes from across the county — participation in this event is by invitation only, so filling out the interest form does not guarantee entry.

Got a little runner in the family? Sign them up for the Cam Kidz Fun Run taking place during the invitational — everyone gets a t-shirt and a medal.
The races are free + open to the public. Cash and special prizes will be given to the race winners. Sign up to participate in the Cam Run for a chance to compete in the Magnum Mile.
