May Pang two-day exhibition to open at ArtsBuild

May Pang, John Lennon’s companion + lover during his “Lost Weekend” era, will showcase her photos of Lennon in a special exhibition at ArtsBuild.

For two days only, folks in the Chattanooga area can see and purchase photographs by May Pang — a former music executive and writer who was John Lennon’s lover and companion during the infamous “Lost Weekend” era from 1973-1975.

During this time, Pang took a series of candid photos of Lennon that will be on display at ArtsBuild on Tuesday, April 23 + Wednesday, April 24 from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. Pang will also be in attendance to meet customers and tell the stories behind the collection.

Bonus: “The Lost Weekend: The Photography of May Pang” coincides with the recent release of a documentary film depicting Pang and Lennon’s love story.

The public can enjoy the exhibition and meet and greet for free + a portion of funds from the photograph sales will go to benefit ArtsBuild .
