Chattanooga celebrates Pride in October

In Chattanooga, we beat the heat by celebrating Pride in the fall.

Last year’s Pride was a blast and this year is turning out to be the same.

Pride, but make it autumnal.

Every fall, Chattanoogans break out their Pride festivities. Why not in June? Because October is LGBT History Month — and offers much cooler weather than the summer.

Those looking to lend a helping hand can sign up with the volunteer registration form.

Community funds

We love the glitter and parades, but Pride is an excellent opportunity to give back to the community. Chattanooga Pride has a few community funds that you can give to:

Bonus: Each of these funds currently has a sponsor that matches donations up to $2,500.
